CONSTAT 2019 is the State Conference of the Science Teachers Association of Tasmania. This year we are taking the opportunity to celebrate and reflect on the 50th anniversary of mankind’s first walk on the moon.

This event is happening over 2 days on March 29 and March 30.

March 29 – Dedicated to  teachers of students from the Early Years to Year 4. This will take place at the Launceston Tram Sheds, Invermay. There will also be field experiences for teachers from Years 5 to 12 in a variety of locations. Arrive 8:30am for a 9am start.

Also on March 29 for everyone – An evening with the Stars at the Queen Victoria Museum, followed by the CONSTAT celebratory dinner at the Launceston Boat House.

March 30 – Dedicated to teachers of students from Years 5 to 12 and will take place at Launceston Church Grammar School, Senior Campus in Mowbray

Online registrations will open on February 11 – we have an impressive group of interstate and local presenters with expertise in their fields – so watch this space for details of online registration
